6. Self-Hosted License

Rankwired grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own servers in accordance with your purchased plan. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or redistribute the software without prior written consent.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankwired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
